DDG series is a 36V single-phase low voltage powered rail transfer cart powered by rails. The single-phase AC 380V is stepped down to single-phase 36V on the ground through a step-down transformer, fed to the flat cart through the rails, and then the AC is converted into DC through the on-board rectifier. The motor is controlled to move forward, backward, accelerate, decelerate, etc. through a programmable controller, debugger, etc. 


Since no cables are used, it is safe and reliable, not afraid of scalding, not afraid of smashing, and does not hinder cross-transportation, which greatly facilitates the transportation layout of the factory area. However, its track construction requirements are relatively high, and the track insulation must be ensured. When the running distance exceeds 30m, the track should be added with copper bar compensation wire. When the running distance exceeds 50m, the number of step-down transformers must be increased.

Safety device: equipped with a variety of safety devices, such as limit switches, anti-collision devices, emergency brake devices, etc. The limit switch is used to limit the operating range of the transfer vehicle to prevent it from exceeding the track boundary; the anti-collision device can play a buffering role when the vehicle collides, reducing the damage to the vehicle and goods caused by the collision; the emergency brake device can quickly brake the vehicle in an emergency to ensure the safety of people and goods.
