Rail Powered Transfer Cart is a safe and stable equipment for transporting materials. It is a special transport tool of rail cart. The working principle of low-voltage rail power transfer cart is relatively simple. It first reduces the three-phase 380V AC to a safe voltage below 36V (usually 36V) through a step-down transformer, and then connects this safe voltage to the track. The power supply device on the transfer car will take current from this track and increase the voltage to a voltage suitable for driving the motor through the on-board step-up transformer (if necessary), which may usually be 380V or other voltage suitable for traction motor. This current is then used to drive the motor of the transfer car, and the control system is used to control the start, stop, forward, backward and other actions of the transfer car.
