Engineered for straightforward operation and exceptional load capacity, it is ideal for efficient, stable transportation of heavy goods across factory floors or over short distances.
Its primary role is to streamline product movement between workshops and production stages. You will often find these carts in mechanical manufacturing plants, metallurgical facilities, shipyards, warehouses, and port terminals. Working seamlessly with overhead cranes, the cart helps coordinate inter-workshop logistics and optimizes production lines, improving both workflow and space utilization—making it an essential component in large and medium-scale industrial operations.
To suit different site requirements, three power options are available:
Battery power – flexible and cable-free, perfect for areas without embedded wiring; battery capacity can be customized to match the load.
Cable reel power – the most common configuration, using a reel to wind and unwind a power cable connected to 220 V or 380 V AC. This setup supports travel distances up to about 200 meters.
Trailing cable power – a simpler method where the cart pulls the cable along the track, recommended for short runs of up to roughly 50 meters.
Safety remains the top priority. Before operation, inspect the cart’s exterior, ensure the rails and surrounding area are free of debris or tools, and verify that all components are in good condition. Although each cart includes an emergency stop system, operators should avoid sudden starts or stops. Heavy loads create significant inertia, and abrupt braking can cause cargo to shift or even lead to derailment. Smooth, controlled movement ensures both operator safety and long-term equipment reliability.
