Copper Coil Transfer Cart
Handling heavy, round materials like steel coils, copper coils, and aluminum coils within factories has always been a hassle. Traditionally, the coils have either been placed upright or secured with brackets, often requiring a forklift or other vehicle to tow them. This is not only inefficient but also poses a significant safety concern. If the coils roll or fall, they could damage the goods and pose a threat to personnel.
To address this, we have developed a dedicated coil transfer cart (also called a copper coil transfer cart or steel coil transfer cart) to efficiently and safely handle various metal coils.
The V-shaped and U-shaped frames are the core design features of this cart. These are the open worktables that hold the steel and copper coils. Think of it as a "special seat for the coils": once the coils are placed, their sides are securely locked into the V-shaped grooves, preventing them from rolling or sliding, regardless of the cart's movement. This significantly improves operational safety.
This workbench is incredibly flexible: you can choose fixed or removable brackets depending on the size and weight of the coils; you can configure it with just one V-groove or multiple; and it can be arranged horizontally or vertically—everything is customizable to your exact needs.
Mr. Steven from the United States said, "Since introducing this cart, our steel coil transportation efficiency has significantly improved, and we've eliminated the need for extensive manpower and operational resources. One cart and one person can handle all the transport work."
Whether transporting a single large coil or multiple smaller coils at once, this copper coil transfer cart handles the task with confidence, replacing the laborious and dangerous previous methods. It not only enables more efficient workshop logistics but also provides greater peace of mind.
