The load capacity of Trackless Transfer Carts can reach up to 200 tons. They are available in two steering modes:

Differential steering, offering a compact design that allows for small platforms and a tight turning radius.
This is a battery-powered Trackless Transfer Cart The customer is a manufacturing company located in Beijing, which uses the cart for in-plant transportation. The platform size is customized, with the customer requiring the platform to be as small as possible.
The cart is powered by a 250Ah lithium battery, providing high endurance and effectively avoiding the tedious maintenance associated with traditional batteries. Battery maintenance and replacement are easier with this configuration. Under full load, this battery system supports 6–8 hours of continuous operation and a range of 7–8 km, meeting the customer’s transportation needs for 2–3 days.
