Not long ago, two heavy-duty trackless transfer carts we designed for a stone processing plant in Brazil safely arrived by sea and have now been put into operation. This project not only helped the customer solve their material handling challenges but also earned their strong approval.
Previously, the customer relied mainly on traditional methods to move stone—slow, inefficient, and cumbersome. These two new 30-ton electric transfer carts have completely changed the game. They don’t need tracks, move freely indoors and outdoors, handle different ground conditions with ease, and can change direction anytime. This has greatly improved the flexibility and efficiency of their stone transportation.
This transfer cart doesn’t just have strong muscles—it can carry 30 tons of stone in one go—it’s also super easy to control. With remote operation, workers can steer and move it from a distance. That means less manual effort and more safety. What’s more, we can customize every transfer cart based on specific needs—whether it’s a higher load capacity, a different deck size, or special features.
