Rail Transfer Vehicle for Mold
PEISA Machinery’s rail transfer vehicle is a high-capacity material handling platform. Its strong load-bearing capability primarily comes from the materials used. We utilize high-quality steel plates to ensure the structure does not deform when carrying heavy loads.
The load-bearing capacity is not only determined by the steel structure but also by the thickness of the plates. Therefore, when purchasing a rail transfer vehicle, different steel plate thicknesses correspond to different load ratings.
Load-bearing structure of the rail transfer vehicle:
Frame: A sturdy steel frame welded from longitudinal and transverse beams along with flat plates, forming a solid base structure.
Four running wheels: These are high-quality crane wheels designed to support both the cargo and the vehicle body. Fixed to the frame, they help reduce the height of the platform, making it easier to operate in areas with limited overhead space.
Wheel Material: The internal steel wheels are coated with polyurethane for electrical insulation, ensuring greater safety when using low-voltage rail power supplies.
