Project Background
A large machinery processing plant needed to transport a massive steel structure from the production floor to the paint shop. This structure not only weighed over 20 tons, but was also nearly twice the length and width of a truck bed, and its shape was irregular. The narrow roads between the factory buildings limited the operating space for traditional cranes, and forklifts were completely inadequate. The client urgently needed a transport device that could both bear the load and maneuver on the factory roads.

After the equipment arrived, the staff completed commissioning in just half an hour. The entire handling process took less than 20 minutes:
The steel structure was slowly lowered onto the electric flatbed by a crane.
The operator controlled the route using a remote control, and the flatbed moved smoothly along the factory roads.
Once in the paint shop, the crane accurately unloaded the material.
